  • should last about 20 minutes, milage may vary
  • Each tablet is hand pressed, as such slight variations may occur
  • Sometimes they may appear to have "hair", this is from the menthol crystals and is normal
  • NOT INTENDED FOR SOAKING IN THE TUB: IRRITATION MAY OCCUR IF USED INCORRECTLY

  • Arrowroot powder
  • Kaolin clay
  • Isopropyl alcohol
  • Essential oil blend
  • Witch hazel

Instructions + Tips

  • Place one tablet on the shower floor off to the side in indirect stream of water (the idea is to keep it where water will touch it enough to activate it but not so much that it dissolves too quickly)
  • Close the bathroom door and keep the exhaust fan off to let steam build up so that you can fully enjoy the effects of the menthol
